After having spent a good part of our working life on land, working as carpenters and farmers, our lives have taken off to the shores of the most beautiful island in the world, Sardinia.
The sea, the mild climate and the strong contact with nature have for years been the constants of our new life, oriented to tourism and wine production.
Our experiences and previous experiences on land, today converge in a new experience oriented to sharing everything we have been able to achieve and still today we are developing. We love to receive and meet new people who, with their will for years choose to stay and go back to spend their free time at our homes for rent.
Holiday Home Sinis is today a set of houses of our property that we offer for rent in western Sardinia, precisely in the Sinis Peninsula.
Giovanni, Valeria and Fratello, your hosts are waiting for you to make the most of your holidays in Sardinia.
I spent my long summer holidays here from childhood to the age of majority. Growing up, I then followed my father into the family business and trained as a carpenter, an activity that I practiced for about 30 years, although it alternated with frequent forays into other disciplines such as mechanics, construction and agriculture. Although I lived in the tranquility of the Maremma countryside, the call for this island was always present in me, I used to go there frequently but as soon as I returned to the continent I was already planning my next vacation.
And so, together with the family, we started planning a definitive transfer to finally be able to live in this beautiful land, that was achieved a few years later and I currently help my wife Valeria in her agricultural activity.

I spent my childhood in the Roman province and at a young age I followed my father to the Maremma, where he lived. There I dedicated myself to painting and collaborated with what would later become my husband in his activity as a wood craftsman. Later, having my father's fund at my disposal, I began to dedicate myself to agriculture with a predominantly horticultural orientation.
Move me to Sardinia with the family I have planted a vineyard from which I produce red, rosé and white wines with great satisfaction for us, for our guests, friends and customers. I still paint when the timing of the vineyard allows it.
Cielo e mare sono come due specchi che di giorno si riflettono, di notte si ascoltano. Romano Battaglia
I moved to Tuscany as an adolescent and living in the country I was immediately attracted by agriculture and everything related to it, like breeding for me always aimed, above all, to understand the behavior of different species. So after the easiest poultry I went to sheep breeding, then to cattle and finally to horses. At the same time I started to collaborate with my brother-in-law Giovanni, a Master of wood, fundamentally, but also of other disciplines, and also with my sister Valeria, in their activities.
I currently live in Sardinia and occasionally come back to Tuscany to take care of the family estate. During the time that my sister Valeria remains in the vineyard and in the cellar, I continue to work as a carpenter and as an iron craftsman.

I have always attended and worked with this family and I consider myself an integral part of it. I also took care of agriculture by vocation, but my main activity was finding, restoring and selling antique works, mainly in wood. In this both John, Brother and Valeria have been of great help to me.
I still work in the sector, although more and more occasionally, and I devote my energies more and more to the country work that takes me a little away from art but on the other hand keeps me more in touch with nature.
