After our transfer to the island we no longer had our vegetable garden, the past agricultural activity we lacked a little and so, also to start again to consume natural products, without pesticides, with little equipment we planted a small garden for our family consumption.
From there started the idea of planting a vineyard: being able to drink wine made with conscience . But also a bit because in our families wine was regularly made at home with the ritual preparation of the cellar, the harvest festival shared with the most intimate friends, the perfumes of the musts … these memories have us brought back to an activity that we had lost with the aging of the parents.
There was some initial difficulty given that the area destined for this purpose remained a few hundred meters from the sea, being that this is an area with strong and frequent winds we had to provide first to perimeter the ground with windbreak trees and only later at the vineyard plant. Now the plant is productive and every year it gives us its precious fruits from which we get delicious wines at Km. 0 .
